A hydroponic vineyard with 24 different grape varieties will be installed on a sloping metal structure reminiscent of a natural valley. The structure is placed in a greenhouse (unless global temperatures continue to rise). Each year a different mix of 23 varieties is used to produce a wine that will be named after the 24th missing grape. After bottling, the wine will be served in the evilOlive café in Roborst.
