To prevent our rivers from being drained and to protect our groundwater level.

A collapsible rubber water tank of 7,200,000 litres is placed on top of a house of cards construction. Rainwater is collected here as storage for emergencies. The resWhale will mainly serve to provide local watercress producers with the necessary irrigation water in the event of a severe drought.
