At this location a lighthouse will be built, allowing a beam of light to shine through the area at night. The tower is equipped with infrared cameras that can see in
the dark when a resident of the area is at home. In its waving motion, the beam of light will stop at a window of one of the inhabited houses for a moment and evoke a sense of security. Unregistered residents will be tracked by the fully automatic system until they have left the region.
